With each New Year, FlyLady reminds us to "GET BACK TO BASICS." She says, "Cleaning house is not a reason to put our bodies into overdrive! Daily routines can help us get our homes clean without putting stress on our bodies." With the tools offered in this wonderful pack, you will find just what you need to accomplish your daily routines and get yourself back to basics.
FlyLady knows and truly understands the struggle of keeping a home clean and decluttered, so she knows the best tools for this job, and has included them in this amazing pack.
All of the items in this Pack are available to purchase individually, as well.
The FlyLady Handle when fully extended is 52 and 1/2 inches long. This Handle fits the FlyLady Mop Head, the previously offered FlyLady XL Mop Head, the Rubba Sweepa Broom Head and the Multi Wand (Multi Wand not included in this Pack). Please note that the handle attaches to the Mop Head(s) via a compression collar (which comes on the Mop Heads themselves). The threads you see at the bottom of the Handle are for attaching the Rubba Sweepa Broom Head and the Multi Wand (Multi Wand not included in this Pack).
FlyLady's Rubba Swisha is 17 inches long and has a round head for washing the bowl and a special side brush to get up and around the rim of the bowl.
Also, no more paper towels filling up the landfills, as the Rags in a Bag are washable and reusable - fun for you to use to do your daily "swiping," and less waste for the planet! This is a set of three deluxe purple microfiber cloths, each that measure 15x15 inches and comes with its very own zippered mesh bag for the washing machine (see laundering instructions, above).
Rags in a Bag washing instructions - machine wash in bag with detergent only - absolutely no fabric softeners - let air dry flat and use again!!! PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO THE DYE CONTENT OF THE RAGS, IT IS ADVISED THAT YOU WASH THE RAGS (ALONE IN WARM WATER WITH DETERGENT IN WASHING MACHINE OR A BUCKET) PRIOR TO USE.

The Vase will hold your Rubba Swisha and the soapy mixture that FlyLady recommends you use for daily "Swishing." FlyLady recommends that you keep a solution of one part shampoo, bubble bath, soap or body wash that you don't like or don't use anymore in the container with one part water. This is just enough soap to give your toilet a good swish. It is the act of swishing that keeps stuff from growing in there.
The Rubba Swisha Vase measures approximately 8.75 inches tall, and has a diameter at the top and bottom of approximately 4.25 inches (circumference of 8.5 inches). It is made from a hard plastic/resin material.
Rubba Sweepa Broom Head (attaches to FlyLady Handle): This tool is just the best at sweeping up pet hair, crumbs, dirt, dust bunnies and more. You can even use it on carpets! You can get all along the base boards of your floor where vacuums just have a hard time getting. This is not like your typical broom where you are moving things all over the place. For sweeping, you pull it toward you; you do not push it away from you. You also do not need to pull on it very hard, just as you have found with the Rubba Scrubba - you don't have to use a lot of elbow grease to get it to work. It works by pulling the rubber brush across what you are using it on.
Mop Head plus 2 Chenille Mop Cloths: You attach the Handle to the Mop Head, and you can either use the regular blue mop cloth that came on the Mop Head (this cloth is best for dry dust mopping or damp mopping), or you can switch it out and use 1 of the Chenille Mop Cloths (and then you still have one clean to use the next time). The Chenille Mop Cloths have those wonderful "fingers" and they work great for dry dust mopping, damp mopping or wet mopping. When you're finished, you take the cloth off of the Mop Head, and wash it in the washing machine, and dry it in your dryer (no fabric softeners). It works great on sealed hardwood floors, linoleum, ceramic and marble tile, and is WONDERFUL on shower walls, bathtub surrounds, vinyl siding, etc. (we're still discovering places to use it, lol!).
Laundering Instructions for Chenille Mop Cloths: Machine wash, warm or cold water - absolutely NO fabric softener (or you can hand wash). Machine dry, medium or low heat - absolutely NO fabric softening dryer sheets (or you can hang to air dry).
Rubba Scrubba: This is the brush that you can use almost anywhere to do almost anything! We asked you to send in some of the many uses you discovered for the Rubba Scrubba. Click here to see all the great ideas.
