Both of the water bottles in this package will accommodate your beverage needs from morning until bedtime as they will hold hot or cold liquids.

FlyLady's 32 oz. Stainless Water Bottle is a 32 ounce, double-walled insulated, premium grade stainless steel water bottle that is also BPA and Phthalate free. This bottle stands at 9.25 inches tall; the circumference is 11 inches (around); the diameter (measuring across the middle of the bottom) is 3.5 inches. The mouth opening is 2 inches in diameter, which means you will have no problem adding ice cubes. We kept the bottle simple: no logos; just plain stainless steel (outside and inside).

The 16 oz. stainless water bottle is double-walled, stainless steel, two mouth - one large for adding ice, one small for drinking - that fits in the car cup holders with a set of interchangeable carry straps in 8 colors. With the cap on, the 16 ounce Stainless Water Bottle stands at about 10.0 inches tall. The circumference of the bottle is about 8.75 inches around. Measuring across the middle of the very bottom (diameter) is about 2.75 inches. We kept the bottle simple, stainless steel with no logos. This bottle is also BPA and Phthalate free.

Both water bottles are dishwasher safe, top rack only. Also, do not use bleach or cleansers containing chlorine to clean your bottle. These cleaners may ruin your bottle. Hand washing is recommended due to the size of the 32oz. bottle; however, if your automatic dishwasher can accommodate the size, you may put it in there, top rack only.
