North Carolina Orders: 6.75% NC State Sales Tax is added to orders billing and/or shipping to a North Carolina address.
US Orders weighing 15.9 ounces or less will be shipped via the U.S. Postal Service regular First Class Mail. U.S. Orders weighing more than 15.9 ounces will be given the option of shipping either FedEx SmartPost or FedEx Home Delivery ("Ground"). If FedEx Home Delivery is chosen, a physical address must be provided as the shipping address. If you only have a U.S. P.O. Box address, you must choose to have the order shipped via FedEx SmartPost (FedEx takes the order from our door to your local post office; the postal service takes care of getting it to you).
If you do not have a mail receptacle at your physical address, or if you experience any problems receiving your U.S. Mail, please choose FedEx Home Delivery as the shipping method and provide a physical address as the shipping address.
International orders (outside of the U.S.) will be sent via the U.S. Postal Service International Mail or via FedEx International Mail Service. Customers must pay applicable sales tax, duty and customs charges. Your local government determines and collects these duty and customs charges.
