Each bottle comes with a standard, twist on/twist off cap; this cap can be removed easily (after unscrewing it) by giving a little tug. It stands at about 8 inches tall (without any lids); the circumference is about 9 inches (around); and the diameter (measuring across the middle of the bottom of the bottle) is about 2.75 inches. The mouth opening is about 2.25 inches in diameter, which means you will have no problem adding ice cubes. We have kept the bottle simple: no logos; just plain stainless steel (inside and outside).

This bottle will accommodate hot (NOT boiling) or cold (NOT freezing) non-carbonated liquids. The FlyCrew has used it for soup, sweet tea (hot or cold), water (of course), coffee (hot and cold), milk, etc.

Hand washing is recommended due to the size of the bottle; however, if your automatic dishwasher can accommodate the size (bottle standing upright), you may put it in there, top rack only. Do not use bleach or cleansers containing large amounts of chlorine to clean your bottle, as these cleansers can cause the vacuum seal to become compromised, and the bottle will lose its insulating properties.
